A young woman gets mad with the current music industry

What happened to artists discretion. This world has been taken over by stupid-retentive biscuit brains, who for some reason have edited a song and taken out the word "high"! Yet the dictators have left the word "die" how is "die" less damaging than the world "high" ? Fuck you! I will go listen to the full song else where and not be told how to listen to it!

Probably indicates the band isn't that good / has not much musical merit.... I'm sure a song about getting high / dying wasn't going to get to number 1 anyways!! Crazies. Though, there was the RATM tune

Biscuit brains - boring people who plat it safe, can't think out of the box and are just dry, beige and crumbly like a biscuit!

There's plenty of good music out there though  MTV is pretty commercial. Can't think of a decent alternative video tv station mind - I guess it's reflective of it still costing a lot to make a music video.

Let's do our own tv music vid station!

They also cut the word 90 out of doing 90 on the freeway from the Eminem song years ago as it was illegal. But they still showed the Christina Aguliera Dirty video at 8'am when 7 year old kids were watching. These people need shooting.

Try doing a good dead or act of love or just making a friend or stranger smile

We're bombarded with too much sensationalized, morbid negativity in the media about violent crime, rape, paedos etc that it's depressing, amplifies threats to out of proportion levels, makes people overly paranoid, defensive, scared to leave home and gives people a fight or flight attitude where they're on edge and ready to kick off over the slightest thing. There are beautiful things out in the world we should be concentrating on and trying to make the world a better place. I know I watch grim horror but that's fiction. There's still good people out there. Everyone on my friend list are good people, some kinda cunts too lol, but even the cunts are pretty harmless and just don't know any better, deep down they're alright or I would have deleted by now. Anyway I'm rambling. It's nice to see a bit of positive about the human race for once. I know the state of humanity can be depressing and vile sometimes but is it any wonder when bombarded with so much negativity, brainwashing and fear mongering? Rise above it and love each other. Try doing a good dead or act of love or just making a friend or stranger smile.

I wish we could all make a difference. It is not a matter of possibility, it s a matter of choice.

People just love to focus on the negative, I know it's easier said then done, but all they need to do is look around them and open their eyes to how good they have things!

Just so you know you are actually one of my most valued Facebook friends! If you were ever to delete me I'd be gutted. Even my boyfriend knows your name and when we are thinking of watching a movie he has even started to ask me if that Noel guy has done review of it! Thanks for having me on your list

The Secret of Crickley Hall Reviews

Dialogues on "The Secret of Crickley Hall"

Watched that three part, three hour, BBC drama 'The Secret of Crickley Hall', filmed in Manchester and based on a book by James Herbert. It was a nice, spooky old school ghost story set in both modern day and the 1940s. It reminded me of such movies as 'The Orphanage', 'The Awakening' and 'The Woman in Black'. Unfortunately, it wasn't as scary as any of those. However, due to the strength of the story it was much better than 'The Awakening', which I thought was overrated and dull, if not as good as the other two. It was also seriously depressing, and whatever punch it lacked in terms of scares it made up for in terms of sheer sadness and tragedy. It did suffer a little from being televisual and some of the the acting not up to movie level, but as a Manchester based TV drama I'd say it was a resounding success.

Really? I'm sorry, but I proper disagree with virtually all of that (except it WAS a lot like the Orphanage and it wasn't remotely scary)
The random cuts between past and present were ridiculous. For the most part it was like two completely unrelated programs had been spliced together. The villagers in the modern day were almost all wearing old fashioned clothing, and the ghosts were sometimes solid, making it incredibly difficult to work out what time period any particular scene was in, and who was dead and who wasn't. The story basically boiled down to: Woman loses kid through her own negligence, gets haunted by ghosts for absolutely no reason, finds out her kid died ages ago for reasons entirely unrelated to the ghosts, gets attacked by an old man for virtually no reason, then watches the ghost kids leave the house even though they died in the house.

Review for BBC Drama The Secret of Crickley Hall

It was very straightforward to follow and the cuts between past and present were all related. The villagers in modern day were all wearing modern clothes. I never had a single issue with not knowing which time it was in; it was obvious.
Ghosts don't need a reason to haunt; they haunt because they are ghosts; they do need a reason as to why they're lingering and they had reason. The man attacks for a reason too. The ghosts leave because the lady takes them away like she had always planned to to end their suffering; they'd been waiting for her, but she needed her body to be found first. Most of your criticisms could be aimed at any ghost story really; they don't tend to be that credible because they're ghost stories and not based on anything real.

The thing that bugged me was that she was in denial about her child being dead for the first two episodes, hearing his voice telling her he was alive and such things, found out he had died over the phone, and was like "Noooooooo! Okay, I'm completely over that now." and was quite chipper for the rest of the program, even happily grinning as the ghosts left the house.
Also, a large part (virtually all) of the series revolved around the headmaster abusing a Jewish kid who refused to speak English (or couldn't - I wasn't sure which). This kid, Stefan, was absolutely fine and lived until 2009, yet still appeared to be haunting the house. Or possibly want haunting it, it was impossible to tell who was a ghost and who was just in the past due to the dodgy editing.
None of my family had any idea who the old man who was determined to either have a child or murder one was though, or where he'd got the idea that he had to sacrifice a kid into the well, and this seemed important. Presumably he was one of the kids in the orphanage, but this wasn't remotely clear to any of us, and he didn't seem to have any motive at all (except he was getting whipped by the headmaster when he was in the house, who had no real reason to whip an elderly man. So maybe, rather than a ghost, he was a memory of the abuse the man had received as a child? No, because he also whipped the mother for no reason in an earlier episode.

PETA says Payback Is Hell Go Vegan - And People say these

Dialogues on PETA's Payback Is Hell Go Vegan campaign

Peta really need to get some new advert designers, I mean by focusing on shark attacks it increases public hate towards another animal, when in fact sharks don't instinctually view humans as food, I know this first hand due to I've been free diving with sharks before, anyway...although I do understand the point it is making, a majority of people will just be pissed off by it... I am veggie and have been for a year and a half, I don't think the key is trying to convert people to become veg or vegans, although it is good if they can, its better to actually explain to people why it is beneficial to do so, I mean humans throughout history are true omnivores but in the age we are in today, it isn't needed. I think a key issue that needs to be raised is the fact people are mostly going to continue eating meat, but the way it is done and the sickening numbers of lives that are wasted is unbelievable...we have developed intelligence, a gift from no one knows, we should help and care for the only other life forms known in this whole universe, not keep them in existence to be used as we wish..people think too small scale.

Another thing concerning fur/leather etc. society has built up this barrier to which humans and other animals are completely different, when in reality, we all require oxygen/water and energy, most have organs, blood, bones so on and so forth, but lets say for example you watch Texas chainsaw massacre, a film considered one of the most brutal for its time, now its only horrifying for the fact leather face (irony!) kills and wears his victims skin, if you truly look at the sheer reality of life, there is no difference to leather face and fur, same process but a majority of people for some reason believe we are on a plane of higher existence due to self conciousness.. I know this might be a bit odd, but its true.

I think the campaign is awesome! I know most people think PETAs approach is controversial, however I don't think people truly realize how much good PETA has actually done for animal rights and individual animals. They have single handedly stopped universities and companies from continuing with animal testing, they have created and distributed petitions that have resulted in laws being changed...They are doing everything they can to have a voice for abused and tortured animals! I support anyone who has animal well-being as their main goal.

Sharks only kill for survival. Humans kill for any reason at all and sometimes without reason. Many people, organizations and companies, should be aware of sensitivities of other living creatures humans included. An add of this nature should not have been aired as it may end up bringing more bad PR to PETA.

City fans talk about the latest epic failure of Manchester City

Man City fans shared their opinions on the last Champions League game.

Manchester City became the first English team to fail to win a single game in a Champions League group stage, and with just three points, the lowest point total ever from a Premier League team.

Very very bad performance overall from City! No fighting tonight, no win in 6 games - never happened before to an English champion in CL. Unfortunately all excuses, but no taking any sort of responsibility or blame for this disastrous outcome. Doubt Mancini will be good enough: next year it will not get any better, I am afraid

Disgrace result the player does not suit Mancini tactic he really couldn't win the fan heart all over the world. They can just concentrate on back to back premier league wins now, forget this loss, forget all of it and concentrate in the EPL, come on City!!

City fans look who's on the top of the Premier League table! United.
look who's still in champions league? United.
look who's won more CL titles! United!!!!!!!
look who spends so much money but can't even win a game in CL? City

What a shame for us the champions truly speaking we really have to pull our stocks hey. Because if we don't do that will face the same situation in the league.

Mancini should be sacked as the head coach. After a poor and woeful performance he still has excuse to give. For those who said he won us fa cup and premiership, what has he done that no one has done before. Check his record at inter Milan , good show at league level and poor show at Europe. Mancini has turn us to laughing stock and the worst premier league team in champions league. Now we've create history as the only premiership team that came to CL and not winning a single match. Mancini will always have excuse either he says we lack cutting edge or we miss opportunity to score. A failure will always have an excuse to give. My advise to the owner is to get rid of some players if he want good football and a winning team, most especially the strikers and mid field. People like Dzeko, Balotelli, Tevez, Javi Garcia, Lescott and Sinclare. This players lack passion for the game looking at the way they play and we don't have strikers those we have are just camouflage. We and Chelsea are in the same position but we don't know. Am sorry for Manchester City

It is a disgrace. We are the champions of England that have just broken the record for the lowest score by an English team in the group stages ever. I think it is time for pep. I will always love you city. Let's give united a beating.

Exit from Euro is frustrating but lets take the positive our players will get more rest than others and we will win the League!!! lets go City. answer your critics by repeating last years antics in the derby day!

Manchester City Centre Christmas Market

Some guys are unhappy with the Christmas Market in Manchester City Centre.

£5 for a small cup of mulled jizz. There is always a ready supply.

Hope that ridiculous price includes cup hire.

5 quid Merry f word Christmas for them then.

Same every year. Ridiculous queues. Overpriced food and drink. Same stalls in the same place selling the same tat. Too packed. I get claustrophobic. Loose my friends. Hoping to avoid it this year. The in laws tend to drag me round though.

FIVE POUNDS!?
I haven't got a price list.. but any time the market is in town.. its pretty much as Zac says .. luckily for me I have no chance of anyone trying to drag me there.. ha

That Neverending Awkward Moment

That awkward moment when the moments ain't awkward and i put on a disguise then maim the person who keeps saying that awkward moment this, this awkward moment that.. then a few days later I visit them in hospital (in the Awk Ward!!) with a nice bunch of grapes and a card with wishes that they get well soon.. but i forget to take off my mask that i wore when i maimed that person.. that would be a bit awkward.

That awkward moment when you reply to an awkward status and don't what to say because it's all just so awkward.

That awkward moment when I realize that I can't type in the dark very wrll so I awkwardly turn my light on.

Tangled Or The Emperors New Groove?

What about Up?

I Do Have That. Not Really In The Mood For It. Might Watch Like Jurassic Park.

Classic film though! I think I'll watch the second disc of Lotr two towers, but true blood first.

Haha. You're Stealing My Thoughts! I Was Just Like Hmm Could Watch The 2nd Lotr... Jayne's Got The First One Upstairs. Lol. Also Debating Casper Now. Arghh Can't Decide.
New Or Old True Blood?

We're on the same wavelength. I watched the first the other week and now I'm on the second half of two towers. So should you be watching fellowship but can't be arsed getting it off Jayne? Haven't seen Casper in time! I hate being indecisive. Newest true blood, I'm on the last episode of series 5.

She'll Be Asleep. Indecisiveness Is A Pain. Cool. I Still Need To Watch Season 4

Go ninja and get it! She won't wake up. It'd be so much easier not having many DVDs, but then I'd complain that I've seen them all too much :p ye you need to catch up, it's all going on.

Her Rooms Like A Bloody Obstacle Course. I'd Fall Over And Wake The House Whilst I Die. Plus Chances Are The Dvds Not In The Case. Lol. Mehhh Can't Decide. Might Just Put Whatevers Already In Me Dvd Player On And Go Sleep Lol.

Someone has broken into my flat and drank my wine!

You just can't trust anyone!

I know, bastards... it would never have happened in our youth. There was no crime or anything...

Haha, yeah, underage drinking in the park? Never!

Carlsberg Special Brew and Thunderbirds... good times :)

Sick times! There are things I think I did, but I'm not sure, and I'm still not sure to this day. Merrydown too! Ohhhh I feel poorly now.... haha.

Oh yeah Merrydown (dry), not merry on the way back up... I have many vague recollections too... and apparently still haven't learn't to behave differently!! :)

Learnt, what's with the stupid apostrophe phone... Gahhhh my blood pressure...

Haha, best way! Without the vomiting of course! Saying that, I was 'very ill' that morning I stayed over at George's's, learning is a hard process when it comes to alcohol!

That's George for you... as I remember he made me drink too much wine as well... Oh well we live and don't learn...

I've learned to lessen the impact (both at the present drinking time and the morning after) by not mixing. I'll never drink wine with beer again!

Oh but that's part of the fun!!  I will not drink beer and wine again as I am not allowed to drink beer, however wine and gin is fair game :)

I've never, ever had gin! I'd probably end up blubbing anyway!

I remember Ian's parents ringing me late one night asking if I'd seen him as they were worried about him (hed been drinking all day) we went out in the car to look for him and found him staggering about Norman Way (?) with no idea what was going on, where he was etc. Then his mum asked why he was soaking wet and Ian said "I fell in the dam". As much as I knew he was in trouble, I still laughed. Sorry Ian..

See. I don't remember that! You just made that up didn't you to make me look cool! Haha.

Wine is made from grapes. One of your five a day.

Alcohol does not solve problems but neither does milk

Milk does.. When I am hungry, I like my 100% British whole grain wheat cereal biscuits with semi skimmed organic milk.

OK, so it temporarily fixes hunger but not problems.

Hunger has always been the main problem of mankind :) and milk solves this problem. for example; these traditional old style rice puddings can solve all the problems in the world. if there is a war, just send these.. they will stop fighting at least for 10 mins.

As we have discussed man is the main problem for mankind. No one on this planet needs to be hungry... don't get me started when I am not well.

So why is your fridge full of food? and especially tons of milk? :P because it kills your huger in mornings.

Sshhh... everyone in the world should have that... don't make me sad as well as ill.

Why are you ill?? because not eaten well :)

Green Smoothies

Spinach, romaine lettuce, pear, apple, celery, ginger, lemon juice! All through my (terrifyingly powerful) juicer! A nice big boost of vitamins to start the day, I love a bacon barm as much as the next person but have overindulged a lot recently and my body is craving healthy stuff, it was delicious!

So it was nice? May have to try it! How did it make you feel today? Energized?

It wasn't sweet so some people might not like it, i liked it, i added ginger cos i feel a cold coming on but would maybe be a little less savory without it. And I do love spinach! I felt amazing all morning, flagging a bit now!

I have a green smoothie every morning, spinach, celery, kale, cucumber, pear, pineapple, kiwi, ginger, honey & coconut water. Plenty sweet enough and properly good for you.. I was afraid of the green until I tried it, now I'm hooked. Much more energy than on coffee and super healthy.

The only thing that I struggle with is that it's quite expensive isn't it? Would like to have one every day but used a whole bag of spinach and only got two juices out of it! Where do u get coconut water from?

Its about £2 a day but its worth it, i get coconut water from Tesco. I just smoothie it all up instead of juicing.

Llandudno Beach

Llandudno is one of the most famous holiday towns and seaside resorts in North Wales. Llandudno Beach is not for those crazy surfers or topless bikini babes. It's more a kind of classic walking at dusk or dawn beach. It's a beautiful corner of the country for romantic lovers, newly married couples, reunited friends, families with loads of kids, older people, mature holidayers..

Here a picture of Llandudno Beach. Taken by a good friend of mine in July 2006

Do I love my child less because I am going on a night out with my friends while she is safe with her grandmother?

A mother says "life is for living"
I would like to get something off my chest in the nicest possible way. I have seen lots of posts recently about parents giving up their nights out in exchange for Disney movies and cuddles with their kids etc etc which is fine. If you want to do that and it makes you happy then please crack on.

What I object to is the implication that if you do go out drinking til 4am then that makes you some sort of selfish, horrible parent that doesn't love their child..
Lets get things in perspective. If you are happy to give up your nights out for 18 years until your child is an adult then chances are you weren't that bothered about them in the first place. Secondly, I sometimes go out drinking til 4am maybe once a month and I know other mothers that go the same. Do I love my child less because I am going on a night out with my friends while she is safe with her grandmother? Does she feel neglected? Am I a terrible parent ?

Absolutely 100% no way.. I say life is for living .., teach your child that opportunities must be seized, you should do things and always be with people that make you happy. Be tolerant to others but make the most of your life, live for the moment because it is way too short.
My child is the most important thing in my life but she's not the only thing in it. Go out drinking, go to a festival, get a tattoo, start running, go on the swings in the park when no- ones looking....your kids grow up and leave home.
I don't want to look back when she's gone and think... what happened to my 20's and 30's?' And more importantly ' what happened to me?' Be a parent but always always be yourself ...

Women and Alcohol

What do we know about women and alcohol?

Women and alcohol in Western society has been on a massive journey of change in the last 70 years.  In the 1940's and 1950's it was still very rare to find women in public houses and drinking was really something that men did.

women drinking problems

In the 1960's during the liberation of women many of them started to frequent public houses and indeed, it became much more normal to see woman drinking. The rise in sales of wine started and has continued to this day, mainly due to woman and their preference for drinks other than ale and beer (partly due to reports of it being less calorific, partly due to taste)

A major change happened in the 90's, this is probably due to two reasons. Firstly, alcohol manufacturers started to produce drinks with women in mind and advertisers ferventsouls.blogspot.com focused on women as they had done with cigarettes in the 50's and 60's, perpetuating the myth that alcohol could make women sexier, more in control of their decisions and just as able to drink as men. Secondly, at this time we also saw the rise in the ‘ladette’ culture encouraging woman to behave like their male counterparts.  Something which I have never understood, we continuously try to behave like men in all of their worse aspects rather than better than them.

It is now considered ‘normal’ for a woman to go out and get so drunk that she is unable to make decisions about her health and welfare, something that would have been considered socially unacceptable 70 years ago. Woman who did drink at this time were considered low women with loose morals.

What Does Science Says About Women on Alcohol?

It is a scientific fact that women process alcohol differently that men due to the different levels of body fat that women have in comparison to men. Further studies appear to indicate that women who drink heavily are more vulnerable to alcohol-related diseases such as alcoholic liver cirrhosis and brain damage than males, although more males still suffer more chronic health problems due to excessive alcohol consumption. Serious illness appears to happen with women at a lower alcohol level than with men, with the exception of one risk. Very moderate drinking appears to reduce the risk of heart disease, strokes and blood pressure problems in woman whereas raises it in men.

Mini Skirts and Cars and Bikes

Skirts
An item of clothing that I hardly wear because they’re far too feminine. Although they look good, and come in different colours, I only own one, which is white and frilly I might add. They make me feel exposed, which is why I hardly wear them. And it doesn’t help that when the wind blows they blow up and actually do expose you. I am starting to like skirts though. But I still aren’t buy one. I barely cover any skin (even though I wear unbelievably short shorts). I think they even look crap if the wrong kinds of people wear the wrong kind of skirt.

Cars and bikes
I like cars and bikes, I even check them out more than people. This is odd, considering most people I know, know nothing about cars or bikes. I like all types of cars. Although I really don’t like Square shaped cars, like Bentley’s, even though they have a really nice interior and great engine. I really like American muscle cars, like the Shelby GT. I also think that the ferventsouls.blogspot.com type of car can deflect the type of person you are. Bikes on the other hand are more me; I’m rather fond of dirt bikes. But bikes, I find make you feel more free and in control.

Metal Music and Boxing

Metal music
A type of music that alternative people listen to. There are many different types like, grunge metal, heavy metal, thrash metal and so on. There are usually four people in a band a vocalist, a bassist, a guitarist and a drummer, on the odd occasion there is a rhythm guitarist. People usually head bang or pit to this kind of music, which can result in damage, but it is a price to pay for good ferventsouls.blogspot.com music. Metal has been around for many decades, a large number of the population likes it and it is a good remedy for angry feelings (I find anyway).

Boxing
A sport that I actually know hardly anything about. But to sum it up in my own words. A sport that takes a lot of time to practice for, and I imagine that it is hard work. It is a little too violent for my own liking, but a lot of people like it. And a lot of drunken people like to think they can box themselves. I really can’t wright much more on this subject.

Dating and Bikini

Dating
Something that both male and females do, either when they, or when their parents think they are ready to do. It could be a fun night out, or even just a lunch. Not everyone has time for dating though. And could be anything you wanted it to be. Dating usually is something that two people do when they’re attracted to each other, and want a relationship. But sometimes it could be that one of the two people is using the other, to get them into bed or any other self-gain reason. Some people don’t ever date, they are usually monks or nuns.

Bikini
An outfit that females wear when they are either on holiday or if the weather is hot. It is usually an outfit that looks like a bra and pants. They can be just tied up in a bow around the back or can have a clip fastener and usually come in all sorts of bright colours. They are usually made out of polyester or lycra so they can be worn in swimming pools. Not every wears bikini’s as society deems people ferventsouls.blogspot.com unattractive if they don’t have the ‘perfect’ body. There are other types of bikini, like the Hawaiian hula bikini which is usually made of a coconut bra and a grass skirt.

Wine on Monday Nights

Is it only Monday night? Why is wine calling to me? Wonder if this mug of tea will work as a substitute...

Mug of wine!

Sod it, why dirty a mug, I'll just drink it out of the bottle

 Pure class!

Of course, I was brung up right, me...

If I'm drinking wine I tend to use pint pots to save on trips to the fridge/kitchen. The problem then is that I drink it like I would drink beer. Actually, is that a problem?

Not at all, cos I'm so classy I have wine glasses that hold a pint..

I've just Googled them.. I'll have to get one! Can't be letting the area down!

I know, pure class, right, if you remember to bring your big bag of crisps to the couch along with the remote you're sorted for at least an hour.

You forgot to mention an empty pint pot. I'm not sure if that would work for ladies though!

Ha, we can hold our liquid better than men, they must have really tiny bladders... my bladder is made of sterner stuff, don't want to waste valuable drinking time on the toilet.

Horse and Dog - Friendship of different animals

A cat can be a good friend to a dog, or a dog can be a good friends to a goat. and a snake can be a good friend to a commodore dragon, or a duck can be a good friend to a chicken.

What about horses and dogs?
I saw this photo shared by millions on facebook. A beautiful horse and a beautiful dog..  a true friendship never dies.

Curvy or Skinny? - What women we really find attractive

Skinny models or curvy movie stars?

I think the point is that women can be sexy in all shapes and sizes and a lot of 'media' would have us believe that we all need to starve ourselves to be considered attractive. Some women are naturally curvy, others not. Also, whilst I love Marilyn I am also aware that she had loads of cosmetic surgery. I'm not calling that either. It takes all sorts and there is more than one 'attractive' type!

But the meme is blatantly trying to show that the top row is a hotter "type" than the bottom row of pictures. But they're all roughly equivalent. Only Marilyn Monreo is carrying ferventsouls.blogspot.com any weight. And I bet if lipo had been available when she was alive she would have done it.

Curvy or Skinny

Even if it showed what it purported to show (some kind of change over time) it would still be a dumb meme. The media love curvy models actually (Katie Price, Pamela Anderson) and the candid celebrity photos of thin models exist because the gutter media actually bully the thin ones just as much as the fat ones. Anyone could contrive something similar with the opposite agenda, you just have to pick the right photos. How about a photo of Kerry Katona during a chubby phase on the top row and Twiggy on the bottom row? I might even make one for the next time this meme pops up...

You have obviously studied the pictures closely, well done!! I think that you will find that the media love a 'curvy' model when she gets her tits out! This is not the same as admiring a woman for who she is naturally. Like I said, there are women who are naturally skinny and those that are naturally curvy and there is nothing wrong with either. However, when I go clothes shopping I am frequently 'too large' for the largest sizes in some stores and magazines aimed at women constantly harp on about losing weight to be attractive and calling famous women who have put on some weight. The media obsession around size will not end but I for one am sick of hearing women being called 'fat' because they do not starve themselves. Natural skinny = good, starving yourself to achieve this = not good. This is just my personal opinion Dan. But although naturally slim the top row all display signs (which I will not bother with here) that they have starved in order to get to this weight rather than it being a natural slimness. To be honest, on another subject completely, I would rather we judged women on their achievements in life than on their body shape and actually showed some positive role models to young girls/women rather than vacuous celebrities with nothing to say, who would struggle to put a coherent sentence together were it not provided for them.

Suffering from tension headaches

I think i've had it for a few days, is it like tight around your scalp with neck and shoulder ache and stiffness?

Yeah, I normally get them with migraines so its all over pain, what works for me is a cold flannel on the base of your head.

I get them alot and occasional cluster headaches. Mine are caused by rheumatic arthritis but basic Ibuprofen (for swelling) and Paracetamol can do a decent job fighting them back. If nothing seems to be working and you've had a sustained headache for days on end, see a doctor. It's most probably stress but no less serious for it.

I get the a lot. It also connects to my trapped nerve in my back, and when I'm really stressed my whole neck, chest, shoulder blade area is so stiff. The actual headaches are usually right over my eyes and my temples, as if my head is in a vice! Drink lots of water, or some chamomile tea, get some fresh air and chill out

if you've had it for a few days it could possibly be sinus related too?

Yeah I read about sinus stuff too, could be that im always bloody ill concerning all that! Gonna give it a couple more days then go docs to get checked.

Polish Jokes - Banana Joke - Joke About Polish People

What can a Polish man do with a banana? Let's see.

Two Polish guys were taking their first train trip to Warsaw on the train. A vendor came down the corridor selling bananas which they'd never seen before. Each bought one.

The first one eagerly peeled the banana and bit into it just as the train went into a tunnel. When the train emerged from the tunnel, he looked across to his friend and said, "I wouldn't eat that if I were you."

"Why not?"

"I took one bite and went blind for half a minute."

Funny Dentist Joke - Naked woman and the dentist

''You put in my husband's teeth last week," the lady said. "Now you have to remove them."

First episode of American Horror Story with the volume up loud to try and protect the dog from the firework noise

Did you like it?

Well its got my attention so far.. the annoying kids getting fucked up made me smile... as did the warnings from the cute girl with down syndrome.. and the credits show that it stars Jessica Lange.. one of my favorite actresses!

I'm looking forward to Season 2, but waiting till it ends so I can watch it all closer together and in one download.

the pilot was a pretty good introduction to the main players.. I don't think it will take all that long for me to get through season one.. I made the mistake of watching the first half of breaking bad season 5 ,, now i got to wait till summer to start watching the other half.. I think I am going to take a leaf out of your book and be patient in the future.. I prefer to be able to watch them all closer together.

And the God created these crazy guys

If these guys are human, so what are we? if we are human, so what are they?
Incredibly fast and strong men versus incredibly strong and fast man. After watching this exceptional performance, I wonder how many of you men will think you really are "men".

Anti-Muslim sentiment in America - Islamophobia in United States

Do Americans hate Islam? Interviews with Muslim scholars, activists and victims of racial bias about Islamophobia in the United States.
Over the past few years, the Islamophobia network -- the funders, scholars, grassroots activists and media amplifiers -- have worked hard to push narratives that mosques are incubators of radicalization and that Islam has infiltrated all aspects of American society. The hate spreading and misinformation primarily started with five key people and their organizations, which are sustained by funding from a clutch of key foundations. On this week's INFocus we interview Muslim scholars, activists and victims of racial bias about Islamophobia in the United States.

Is there a beach in Liverpool?

There are docks
Nope
But I wanna make sand castles!
There are a few
Go to Blackpool!
Crosby or Formby?
There's Waterloo beach, Crosby beach, Burmo bank and Formby point and Southport.
There's a few, Crosby and up Formby ways. I'd say Formby is the nicer one.
Train from Manc - Southport, then toFormby.

Liverpool has no famous beaches. But you can go around.. Especially to the north. You will find many lovely beaches along the way up to Scotland.

Elections and Football World Cup

"Elections are like the World Cup. During the World Cup certain people who have no interest football will suddenly become interested in it. Same goes elections. people who have no interest in politics normally will suddenly have an interest in politics too."

I agree.. like my girl friend, she suddenly starts to watch news and articles on elections whenever there is a battle between labour and cons. then for 4 years she doesn't even know the Prime Minister's name! ha ha ha. And he likes buying me drinks during the World Cup and gets excited when I say GOOOOL!  Then for next 4 years she doesn't even ask which team I support in football league.

Bu at the end of teh day; we all love elections and the world cup.

Is the God sadist? - Or a bad designer?

Bad design of Human kind. Why the God design us like this?

He says - Exercise being necessary to keep fit is just bad design, as is painful childbirth and stretch marks, as is male pattern baldness, as is smelly poo, as is aging, as are parasites. If there was a God he would either be a sadist or not very good at designing stuff. Either way I wouldn't want to worship such an entity. For example that fish that swims up urethras and shoots spikes out then you need your willy amputating. Yeah food invention there.

Another guy says - if the universe was created by something.. then to create all we know so far (which is almost nothing) out of nothing.. to say it's pretty impressive would be one of the biggest understatements ever.. at least I think so.

He continues - If we look at ourselves in the scheme of things.. and compare how small we are compared to say the size of the sun.. then how small the sun is compare to the size of the solar system.. and how small the solar system is to the size of our galaxy.. etc etc etc.. then I find is more than plausible that there are bigger life forms.. massively bigger than the universe.. a super massive life form.. larger than our minds could fathom.. could have created this universe , on purpose, by accident.. this universe could be so small that they don't even know its there. for one, I believe this universe we are part of is more than just an accident... and to simplify what i believe is possible.. I just round it of into a simple few words .. I believe in god... its not religious .. its just where logic leads me.

By the God or Witout a God

He says - Well exactly we know nothing we can only theorize, but the one thing we do know is we're insignificent tiny specks who'll be here for an insignificant brief flash of time. Our energy will go on to be reused by the cosmos in some way, but I think humans are guilty of ego in inflating our importance to the best damn shit in the universe made in God's very own image.

Answer - Tere isn't strong evidence saying that it's unlikely there is a god.. people can't prove there is a god.. people can't prove that there isn't ,, its silly that people argue about such things.. and not just have fun imagining what its all about .. it is fun .

Answer 2 - there's no strong evidence that magic fluffy pink unicorns don't exist either. In fact, there's no strong evidence that anything that almost certainly doesn't exist, doesn't exist.

Box - Boxing - Boxers

A sport that I actually know hardly anything about. But to sum it up in my own words. A sport that takes a lot of time to practice for, and I imagine that it is hard work. It is a little too violent for my own liking, but a lot of people like it. And a lot of drunken people like to think they can box themselves.
